# 商户余额解冻申请

## 功能说明

申请提现前，需要先申请提现金额解冻，调用商户余额解冻申请接口发起解冻。

>
> 解冻流程：先调用本接口发起解冻申请；解冻申请为异步处理，返回 `pending` 时需调用商户余额解冻申请结果查询接口查询最终状态；解冻成功后，平台会向 `notify_url` 发送异步通知。

## 请求地址

`POST /unfreeze/apply`

## 请求参数

| `out_trade_no` | string(64) | 是 | 商户解冻申请订单号，业务系统解冻时请求唯一流水号 |
| `merchant_code` | string(32) | 是 | 商户号 |
| `total_amount` | int(11) | 是 | 解冻金额，单位"分" |
| `attach` | string(300) | 是 | 解冻备注 |
| `notify_url` | string(255) | 否 | 解冻成功后异步通知地址 |

## 响应参数

| `state` | string | 解冻状态；`succeeded` 表示成功；`fail` 表示失败；`pending` 表示处理中，处理中需调用查询接口查询状态 |
